Reboot Amateur Radio Group WSPR RX Lockdown Challenge:

Image: Keverne  ZS1ABU from George is currently leading the Reboot Amateur Radio WSPR Challenge. Distance: 16 855km

Ok here is a challenge to those who do not want to swallow an egg, sugar or a drink. The following challenge is hereby launched and anybody is welcome to participate. I challenge all radio amateurs in South Africa to render proof of the longest Rx distance "contact" using WSPR Firmware on any amateur radio band. It will be required to show a map and screenprint (including date, time and band) of the distance received. (RX only) Currently Keverne ZS1ABU holds the record with an RX distance of 16 855km The RX WSPR challenge will continue until the current lockdown is lifted by the Government. I ask that as many as possible join in on the fun! The FT8, FT8CALL and other digital radio amateurs are requested to let WSPR run when they are not working DX. That way you can also participate when not calling DX. Please, if you do not extend/beat the current distance you are more than welcome to post images here or on the Reboot Amateur Radio Whatsapp Group of your attempts. Lets have some fun!!

Proof: Screenprint of your WSPR program reflecting the station received and screenprint of Spot Map - http://wspr.aprsinfo.com/
